Changes or cancellations of the tour must be made 24 hours before the tour to avoid cancellation fees, for cancellations less than 24 hours, there will be a 50% charge, less than 12 hours, there will be a 100% charge; No show causes a 100% charge even rescheduling the tour. The full refund will apply in the following cases: When the service is canceled by the provider or due to health status, presenting a medical prescription. the waiting time will be 10 minutes maximum. After 10 minutes, it is considered a no-show. This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which prices may vary depending on the level of occupancy subject to our maximum load capacity.
